What is in the kit
A bamboo whisk, a scoop and a fine sieve — everything you need to prepare matcha the way it is meant to be made: measured, sifted and properly whisked.
How to use it
Sift about 2g of matcha into a bowl. Add 60ml of water just off the boil, around 80°C. Whisk briskly in a W motion for twenty seconds until a fine foam forms, then drink it as is or pour it over ice and milk.
